Bromley Mountain VT Ski Bum

I’m Laura Burch—farmer, cook, and skier.

I’ve learned that after a day on the slopes, the best meals are the ones that come together simply and leave you feeling strong and cared for.

Cooking with our farm-raised beef has made that easier in my own kitchen, and I enjoy sharing those recipes with you.

When food supports your day instead of draining it, everything feels lighter.
